Your prompts never leave your browser.
Prompt Workbox processes prompts in your browser. For core tools, prompt text is not uploaded to our servers and is not sent to vendor token-count or LLM APIs.
Prompt Workbox may store drafts, custom templates, version snapshots, and UI preferences in localStorage on your device (keyed by a site-specific prefix). This data stays on your device until you clear site data in the browser.
“Send to TokenWorkbox” opens the sibling site with the current prompt for local counting and cost tools there. Cross-site transfer does not upload your prompt to a Prompt Workbox server.
The optional blog and site admin surfaces run on the server. Do not put secrets or private prompts in public blog posts.
We do not sell personal data. No third-party analytics or ad scripts are enabled on the tool shell at the time of writing. If that changes, this page will be updated and scripts disclosed.
